Can each day be headlined by a word (or two) and represented by a single sentence?
Will they, in turn, weave together to form a tapestry of the year?

Watching Wildlife
David Attenborough’s
splendid Planet Earth II series gained an extra viewer tonight as the black cat
took a keen interest in the sand burrowing mole, watching closely its progress
across the TV screen.
